Emotional health deals with the state of feelings and attitudes and, the ability to properly identify, manage, embrace and resolve those feelings whether positive or negative.
Emotions are inborn with each and everyone. The six basic emotions are happiness, sadness, disgust, fear, surprise and anger. People have different ways of expressing emotions, with some shared gestures for specific emotions while others are tailored to a persons character/personality.
